CREATEC

The Program for Creativity and Entrepreneurship in High Technology (CREATEC) is CeNAT's business incubator and accelerator. CREATEC is a collaborative space that aims to support talent and transform the local business network on the development of projects with scientific and technological content, where entrepreneurs can exchange ideas, good practices, and receive training in entrepreneurial processes at early stages, such as creating business models, customer development, sales, and marketing. .

CREATEC -also known as crowdworking- is a platform based on collective work from new technologies. It is the result of the official-private agreement signed between the Consejo Nacional de Rectores (CONARE) - Centro Nacional de Alta Tecnología (CeNAT); the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Telecommunications (MICITT); the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce (MEIC); and Telefónica Movistar company. .

CREATEC was officially inaugurated on April 30, 2014, with the aim to consolidate an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on innovation, promotion of employment, and new technologies in the country. .
This Program supports the talent of young people to develop high-impact projects and capture opportunities with strategic partners worldwide, while promoting job creation at the local level. .
